Yes. The Wall Street Journal and the world has even praised the Kenya govt for the excellent fight against corona. Give credit where it is due.

Quote:
Nairobi governor Mike Sonko is donating alcohol alongside other foodstuff to Nairobi residents to help them during the coronavirus pandemic.

The governor sensationally claimed his decision to donate alcohol is backed by research conducted by WHO.

“Kenyans under lockdown in Nairobi will receive 250ml bottles of Hennessy, masks and hand sanitizers in the food pack, the package which we give to our people to keep themselves safe during this period,” said Sonko in a video he circulated on social media.

Maybe you can tell us what Trump has done about the Coronavirus that will get him elected again. From what I see, most of the tough decisions have been made by mayors and governors. Why would he get credit for that? Holding unintelligible briefings where he rants most of the time? Leave his election to American voters. I am willing to bet you are not one of them.

Gavin newsom Californias governor is pressing all the right buttons in this crisis

California governor outlines plan to reopen in conjunction with West Coast states

(CNN)California Gov. Gavin Newsom outlined a framework for reopening the economy in the Golden State Tuesday, warning in a gentle rebuke to President Donald Trump that the state's coronavirus protocols would be guided by "science and public health, not politics" and telling residents that they will enter a radically different environment in their daily interactions.

Exactly... Republicans lost a Wisconsin Supreme court seat in the midst of this Covid mess... in 2016 Wisconsin went with Trump. Let's see.

The Doc who made the world to wear masks has given another interview.

Yes - A corpse can transmit the virus. Handling the body can be dangerous as the virus lasts for upto 26 days in a body ofcourse without humudity and bacterial decay put into consideration. Korea cremates bodies by law

Yes - The body is producing anti-bodies that can prevent reinfection of the disease but a relapse is possible. The test kit can only test to a certain amount of viral load if the viral load is smaller that what is 3000 a patient can be deemed to be cured, however they need to continue their medication until they are completely cured.

If I were the Democratic nominee, I would refuse to participate in a presidential debate with Trump. Someone who agrees with science only when convenient to him, says climate change is a hoax, has no sense of moral decency, can't debate with him otherwise people won't see the difference

The virus sets the timetable. It took only 12 days to get to 2m confirmed cases. Good news is the more it infects the less it stings. It shall pass.

I'm corona fatigued. Currently enjoying the return of Nairobi of the 80's, clean fresh air, smartly dressed folks, less congested streets. Only thing missing is clubs playing super soulsmile Let's enjoy it before shagz modoz come back.

Read about the Spanish flu. You'll think we've turned the clocks back to 1918. Looks like it'll have to run through the world population until it runs out of people to infect.

the logic behind "flattening the curve" was not to reduce the total number of infections but to buy us time in order to
1) not flood the hospitals (Italy Style)
2) give scientists time to conjure a vaccine.
