It's interesting he was working at KPA Mombasa. So far the outcomes from Mombasa infections are not looking good. Could be different strains are circulating some mild some severe

Trump/US in a big mess. His biggest mistake was to dilly dally with shut down due to fear of economic downturn. When history books are written, it will be seen that countries which implement near full lockdown at the onset are the ones able to emerge victorious. Now, on the other end of spectrum will be countries which dilly dallied for the longest time. These might end up in a very bad position very difficult to correct. A situation too grave to contemplate. The USA is heading that direction at near galactic speed more than any other country. Choices have consequences, quite unfortunate

Hii virus ni puzzling sana newyork with half the population size of California has 14 times the number of dead people than that of California

How California has contained coronavirus — and New York has not

Epidemiologists remain puzzled by the stark differences in how the outbreak has progressed around the U.S. but generally point to California’s early, aggressive “social distancing” measures for slowing the virus’ spread here.

How are they choosing who to quarantine given his workmates wako quarantine

Since KPA staffer Ursula Bumula succumbed to Covid-19 last week, tens of people were sent on mandatory quarantine while hundreds asked to self-isolate.

Documents seen by Nation shows that the affected officers at KPA range from those handling transshipments, berth records, export documentation and reconciliation departments, raising concerns that the pandemic threatens to slow activities at core areas within the Mombasa port.

The governor and Siaya county health dept should explain that. Some overreaction on their part.

The govt guidelines is that burial or cremation of covid victims should be done between 0900-1500 hours.

Who died and made Bill and Melinda Gates experts on how Africa will be affected by the corona virus?

Both she and her husband can never quite hide their motive for their interest in Africa’s “wellbeing”…Here she slips and calls their efforts “the business of vaccines.” She totally dodges the question of Black people dying disproportionately in her own country.
