Just watched Administration Police Officers mercilessly whip three mentally handicapped homeless people.

However, on the busy Meru Mwea Highway, traffic flow is much slower but steady.

Boda Boda operators moving up and about but at higher speeds.

I am one hundred meters from Merica Petrol staion in Ngurubani, Mwea.

It is so quiet it is eerie.

No traffic, No boda boda. 2 donkeys and 3 dogs roaming about.

I do not know how to calculate Latitude and longitude.
