PS Transport recently signed a Cargo bilateral agreement with the US on behalf of the Cargo cartels at JKIA - Astral, Gideon Moi’s handling Co., Peter Muthoka and I think Kenyatta family owns a cargo handling Co. Govt will need to take up aircraft leasing costs, salaries etc.
