Load of bullshit. It will take a couple of weeks just to get the distillery and ethanol boiler DCS system up. That will involve bringing in Honeywell electrical/instruments engineers from the other side of the world and that, too, will depend on goodwill for they are already owed couple of millions. I also doubt there is staff left to carry out meaningful operations but of course there is luck in our lives.
