And now, the judge could be in trouble for cavorting with a murder suspect in a case that might shed light on the rot in the Judiciary.

The suspect had reached out to him, hoping to get some advice just in case she was caught or if the police implicated her.

Investigations by the Nation indicate that the judge not only paid for the suspect’s ticket to Kisumu using M-Pesa, but also kept speaking to her as she boarded the flight on the day he sent his driver to pick her up and take her to the airport.

Quote:
In Nairobi, the suspect scanned copies of the media coverage and story links and sent them to the judge before she went to record her statement with the police the next day.

Sources say that she asked for a soft copy of her statement, which she immediately sent to the judge: “This is what the police have recorded; peruse, add/remove what is necessary and return …”

The judge received the copy. He then sent the copy to the suspect, who took the copy back to the police station.

Nothing wrong with advising a friend. Judges are also human beings.

Quote:
Detectives from the Homicide Investigations Unit have taken over investigations into the disappearance and possible killing of Belgian national Dysseleer Mireille Lesoipa.

This comes as details emerged that her closest confidante, Ms Lucy Waithera Njuguna, allegedly forged a death certificate and claimed that she died of HIV/Aids.

Quote:
Ms Waithera has told police that Ms Lesoipa’s body was cremated as she had allegedly wished.

But police investigations reveal that she wanted her body donated to a university for research. Investigators also established that Ms Lesoipa had in her will mentioned that she had money in three bank accounts.

Quote:
A DCI officer said police were combing the home to find out whether Ms Lesoipa was killed and her body dumped or burnt in the compound.

“We suspect that she was murdered but what we are doing now is to try and establish where her body is,” the officer said.

Quote:
Mr Nabonwe told the court that detectives were hoping to arrest more people who frequently communicated with Ms Waithera but switched off their phones after learning about the investigations into Ms Lesoipa’s disappearance.

Very many have started with good intentions but along the way, get a little high with the air up there.

So tell me nicely. So what if an old ugly man has a date with his gashungwa? Where's the crime?

Where did the Nation get their exlusive story about a randy judge? Exactly what was the purpose of the story? I can read such at Kenya Daily Post and Mpasho...Those stories that have absolutely no meaning but we read anyway.

Then kabooom!! a few days later some judge is arrested.

Guys. I have done these hack jobs for a living.

Let's not do it. It always up with egg in your face.

This case should now be in court and not being prosecuted in newspapers.

Same goes for the Looto one.

I'm starting to wonder exactly when anyone mentioned in the Nation is ACTUALLY going to be convicted. The story of the Solai dam is still in our minds.

Stop doing propaganda if you don't have the goods to deliver!!!

@Queen,where are you getting the information on the Belgian Lady?

The Judge is involved with Wairimu Cohen.

Meanwhile, kindly can the men in this house tell me slowly what is in Wairimu Cohen that attracts so many men?

First. BBI is lying so Queen has been BBI'd.

Second.

I don't know about Swenani and Murchr.

I personally thinks she's not ugly. But I can't kill for that one...But at the same time, you know what you do to us men.

You can cook...Like cook in a findeo...And pretend.

So, I can see where these men came from.

Very true this is a fatal attraction. Such women disarm men by playing "damsel in distress" but are in reality selfish, greedy and manipulative.

Such women just show up requesting favours when they are in problems. Their problems invariably involve men since they rarely do business with women. They never pay for anything but expect to get ahead simply by playing the vulnerabilty card. Once their problems are sorted out, they simply move on to the next sucker.

She is sooo sweet that you can end up in a septic tank, or give up your career for her like that ole kantai judge, or be running her errands and kissing her feet like senior counsel murgor. A superwoman.
