2. Centum Investment Company +18.98%
3. Co-operative Bank of Kenya +18.58%
4. AccessKenya Group +17.82%

The question is, what was driving them?

@ optimist. Where do u get this figures .? I think in the case of centum and co-op bank its fund managers repositioning themselves for the second half of the year. And i am tipping Centum to be a star performer in the second half of the yr.

Scan-merger...way overvalued!!
Centum---bonus, future plans
Co-op --no clue...perhaps the agent banking deal coming up?!
Access---ask me another!
WTK,---great results...dont know how long these results can be replicated for or even whether they are sustainable...they said so themselves in the release....

Its so true that the good performance in the agriculturals WILLNOT b replicated. And it still buffles me that ppl like @ vvs , @the deal @guru will still continue to hold agricultural stocks. Lol. .lol

@qw i thought maybe Sasini is Agricultural....or is it industrial...LOL...i own only 100 shares of WTK which to me is a better company than Sasini..

@qw: correct me if I am wrong but I thought you mentioned in some other topic that acording to your TA Sasini and Mumias were projected to grow. You even gave a target price of Kshs. 20 towards book closure. Are you now saying that agric stocks are a no no.d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!
