I have never supported the Germans in any world cup but they've really impressed, I knew Maradona stood no chance since he has not tactic up his sleeve...

For me the WC ended when Ghana and Brasil were bundled out the same day, Ghana in an excruciating manner!I have never been so disappointed, even the beer tasted differently afterwards.

Anyway, my money is on the Deutsch at this point...I hope Uruguay are thrashed in the Semis without Suarez - he definitely does not deserve to play another game.

Consider this twist.

Suppose what Suarez did for Uruguay was done by a Ghanaian,like say Gyan,in his own goal-line. Gyan is sent-off and Uruguay then proceed to miss the resultant penalty with literally the final kick of the game. Meanwhile, Ghana go ahead and win the post-match penalties.

Wont we be praising Gyan as a hero and Uruguay as a useless team? Wont some of us be shouting at the rooftop that "who said there is justice in soccer?"
