Hi all,

Kindly recommend a good rhumba joint within the greater Nairobi for occasional weekend, read Saturday afternoon/evening outings.
Na sio mambo ya live bands, - looking for authentic originals from a good selector/DJ.

Thanks

I don't see why mugundaman did not jump for this opportunity to grant you a tour of the D.C. and while at it introduce you to the best rhumba house combined with nyama anywhere around Nairobi. ENKARE CLUB kitengela

Still awaiting recommendations on serious Rhumba joints.

For me Rhumba is about dancing ones heart out - leaving one feeling good on the inside, refreshed and in high spirits.

At Enkare they didnt seem to have a provision for dancing - focus was more on drinking and Meating!

Leteni joints... kwani iko nini!

Even on Friday/Saturday ? I always find guys dancing there. The clientele at enkare is mature. You leave your phone and drink on the table when going to the washroom.

There is nobody to steal your phone or spike your drink. Those are found at 411 and Bailey's.
