How about that for a mother in law. Good thing the girl from the house of mumbi ran away without looking back. They even insulted her at Fidels funeral yet even after the divorce, she attended the funeral out of respect. For those asking about the cause of death, it was a drug overdose. If it would have been any thing else that would have been loudly publicized.

Drug (over)dose was obvious from day 1 of the death. Am very embarrassed on what this Mama is doing.

1. It's common knowledge that politicians use their children as proxies to launder money and property. You find teenagers being registered owners of luxury cars and properties they don't even know they own;

2. Fidel was always high, chasing skirts and fighting matatu touts to make a coin for himself;

3. Those luxury cars and properties in Karen, Kisumu etc are mali ya Baba na Mama. They are just reclaiming what is theirs.
Life is short. Live passionately.

According to the succession law, the widow takes over her dead husband's estate, irrespective of whether the estate includes gifts or laundered cash from the deceased spouse's parents. So Mrs Fidel should take over 100% of Fidel's estate. Just like I said that Mrs Cohen should take over 100% of Cohen's estate. Ida and baba should keep off Fidel's boma.

What if he had nothing registered in his name? We all know he used to operate from his father's handouts so there's a chance he owned nothing.

BBI will solve it

Seems you are still stuck back in the year of our Lord @2012 AD. The list I posted hapo juu has details of properties registered and thus legally owned by the late drug-zombie Fidel.

I want to add that all widows including Mrs Fidel Odinga and Mrs Sarah Cohen have a right to inherit their husband's properties. Greedy in-laws should keep off and stop tormenting widows including Mrs Fidel and Mrs Cohen. I am very saddened to hear that Ida and Baba want to kick Mrs Fidel Odinga out of her matrimonial home in Karen. I was saddened even more when I saw comments online saying that she is an alien gold digger who should be deported back to Eritrea. Baba should come out and protect this lady and her son Fidel Jnr.

There must be some serious hate for mama to go public with this very insignificant items to be inherited. She must be blaming her for the death of her son by neglecting him or something as nothing else makes sense.
