The flash floods occur in afternoon due to convectional rain from the nearby lake. Why not just ban visiting the gorge from 2pm onwards?

Our Church lost two young men in that place in 2012.
On Saturday, we discussed the incident as we passed the gate on our way to the Fisherman camp. Later in the evening, we saw an Indian family putting up tents for the night. We never knew that they would be dead the following day!
