Not guilty.....But heavens know.I would cane Baks and RAO any day.This are two idiots running a "legitimate garment" (Whatever that means).Two educated fools with ndigiris in economics and engineering and yet they still believe this country derives some economic benefits from pyramids (Oh!!...i hope they do not confuse this pyramids with the Egyptian ones)....ABK!
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

My view is that govt should regulate this. The stations should register for gambling licenses similar to the one Kenya Charity Sweepstake has to run this business.

I have no problem with the buy and win promos regulated by BCLB because the consumer's primary need is the product but it is rather unfortunate that our tv stations are taking advantage of the loophole to reap from poor Kenyans. SK Macharia, you are a dignified man, please stop this.

BBI will solve it :)

Reward schemes? i would say schemes plain. No rewards here.

They may be minting money but they are certainly doing it most unfairly.

The prevailing principle being taking advantage of basic human nature... greed.

Given the numbers from @maichblack The odds that one in one million participants will win anything even after sending say 50 smses is still very slim.

There is nothing fair and square about that.

Honestly speaking @ Kenyanlyrics there are ways to earn money that add value to life and there are these types of cons.

Why for example didn't you start a porn site ?
there's more money to be made from taking advantage of basic human weaknesses isn't there?

Making money is not the issue... adding value is.
