4 am: Up bila alarm. Light sleeper. And once up, impossible to go back to sleep.
4-4.15. On my knees basking in the grace and glory of Christ Jesus, without whom all is lost.
4.15-6am: Depends. Of late I have gotten hooked on watching Paternity Court on Youtube. Today for example I watched
this episode. Tunjamaa is quite the comedian. I have never seen the Judge this angry ever. The funniest is when he told his (7th!) wife to shut up and sit down because she was not supporting his case.
6am-6.30. Tizi. HIIT, speed rope and of course weights. If you are over 30 and don't do these things regularly yet drink fombe fuaaa that's how you end up spending weeks mourning people and crying about cancer. Almost all cancers are lifestyle related. Being a momo or a baba mafuta is the surest way to keep yourself in the high risk group.
6.30 am to 11am. Open season. Calls to and from all sorts of characters amid breakfast or brunch. Also depends on where in DC I am at any particular moment. When in Jewel in the Crown (Kitengela) you will find me huyooo at Grays Oak most mornings. I hear Artcaffe is now in Kitengela Mall. I hope they open as early as 6 am. If in Ngong I love to hike at Ngong Hills then do coffee at Milele afterwards. Ngong calms me very much. When I retire I want to live high up in the Ngong Hills overlooking the whole city of Nairobi. If I am not in Kenya utanipata huyoo jogging on Camps Bay and looking forward to a braai but only in the Summertime.
That's all.
