Your dreams are valid.

Minority shareholders will take a loss while KQLC will be given a 10 year bond.

Bond, What bond? Is he suggesting;

1. That the KQLC banks be given GOK Treasury bonds for their shares in KQ; or
2. KQ to issue corporate bonds to KQLC banks in lieu of the the shares.

1. Acceptable 2. Waste of time. Requires a 100% provision.

Possible if GoK and KLM and KQLC strike a deal separately...in that case minority shareholders will be left high and dry...

There’s nothing that can drive KQLC and KLM to strike an underhand deal of such a nature, noting that they were at the 07.08.2017 EGM

Now that the end of course examinations are around the corner, its time to do thorough revisions. I speak from coded experience and not 8-4-4 or cbc or cpc d'oh! Pray Pray

His speech is nothing - neither here nor there. What matters is what his committee wrote in the report. The bond is NOT one of the recommendations!

It is just a passing observation.

Pkosing is very confused. He doesn't understand what national carrier status means. Whoever told him that KQ must be 100% government owned to enjoy incentives and tax subsidies did him a huge disservice.
