By all means I didn't anticipate considering the performance outlook, but as they said, "persistent demand for higher dividend during times of good performance" made them decide to maintain last year's payout from retained earnings. Good stuff from these ever-pessimistic people!  They are always crying and making shareholders cry with joy too! Greedy when others are fearful.
