The investors in KQ are: a) Taxpayers through GOK; b) KQLC; C) KLM; d) @Obeiro and others 3). @Obiero, KLM and KQLC are limited shared holders. They cant be called upon to contribute more to the company's debts. 4). Taxpayers, through Treasury gave guarantees for American Exim Bank loans as well as the local bank debts. Taxpayers have to foot the bill if KQ defaults. If MPs are saying that KQLC ranks pari passu with other common equity holders, that is another story. Life is short. Live passionately.

How to get more out of a Dead Horse Buying a stronger whip. Changing riders. Say things like, "This is the way we have always ridden this horse." Appointing a committee to study the horse. Arranging to visit other sites to see how they ride dead horses. Increasing the standards to ride dead horses. Appointing a tiger team to revive the dead horse. Creating a training session to increase our riding ability. Comparing the state of dead horses in today's environment. Change the requirements declaring that "This horse is not dead." Hire contractors to ride the dead horse. Harnessing several dead horses together for increased speed. Declaring that "No horse is too dead to beat." Providing additional funding to increase the horse's performance. Do a Cost Analysis study to see if contractors can ride it cheaper. Purchase a product to make dead horses run faster. Declare the horse is "better, faster and cheaper" dead. Form a quality circle to find uses for dead horses. Revisit the performance requirements for horses. Say this horse was procured with cost as an independent variable. Promote the dead horse to a supervisory position. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

The birds were escarowed, for easy recovery if payments were not forth coming, so the seller is paid 75binions as guaranteed by gok and the escarow account bearers snatch your birds away- that case will drag for centuries in the international courts to unravel. 2. A.Kqlc may or may never get a coin, after all their fate has a sell by date. B. Kqlc struggles and secures a charge against other shareholder's to attach and sell the remaining assets to avoid unconiviniencing the GoK, through a liquidation process and pressing existing rights after coercion into a loopesided deal by G.oK operatives. 3. @Obiero et al luck you are if your see it through the web of legal jargon that is cooking for your good supper. Kqueers winds up and u still keep hope the damn horse dead horse is just pretending. This thing is not worth a doctorate disertion to see through sir Obiero of wazua, unless your crystal is tangled with the meat chopper. How else can you be sure a Morse is cooking your way with all this chuning going inside of this kitchen. Investors here only means shareholder's, since we are not talking of an upcoming acquisition or capital injection. So investors will contribute by getting haircut or a clean shave on their investment in kq ie for literal meaning of ltd If need be, and the grounds are well set, unpiercing the corporate veil gets your personal assets attached personally and severally, forbids forbide, do not go for those balls of steel of @obiero, mama watoto won't let them go that easily🤣🤣🤣🤣. ,Behold, a sower went forth to sow;....
