Goodbye D&B...am tired of the crap i get from you

I have been an investor with D&B for some years and am just fed up with the crap at this brokerage house.

Since they came up with this dormant account issue, i have tried to reactivate mine with no success (have tried emails....scanning the forms and sending, calling them since am rarely in the country)and since i need to trade...i want to register my CDS account with another broker..

Any ideas on better brokers with a bit better online service and who act more promptly on online orders?

@bodo...thanks alot for the genghis link...we have exchanged a couple of emails already...thats quick...with D&B reply to my first email would come in 2/3 weeks if i ever got a reply
@guru267..one can only put up with so much crap from them..at some point it gets disgusting...

Why not standard investment bank? They act promptly on orders sent by sms and on line.

hata mimi am counting days. am out of D&B. there crap especially the online thing and the answer of 'soon' whenever u ask when the site will be fully functional. unless they put up the site before i leave am definitely out. Sad

I totally agree D&B suck big time! Never seen such incomptent and yet arrogant people. They take for granted that we have to do business with them, which is a big mistake! Am also out
As an investor I behave like a tick, patiently waiting on grass and larch onto the first cow that shows up. As an investor I dont behave like a tick...I jump off the the cow as soon as am fully engorged before it dies...
