Are people setting up these companies so that they can be awarded government contracts with upfront payments to construct affordable housing and then they just disappear?

Yes, something is fishy here....
1. They say on above website in the "About" section
that they have 60 years of combined experience and have completed 1,500 projects in Asia.

Yet on the same website, in the "completed projects" section they list only three completed projects.
Two of those three completed projects are car showrooms and the third as they claim is an office building that looks like a garage from the photo.

Also raising my eyebrows regarding these three completed projects is that there is no address, city or location of said projects. Most developers will want to really show case their completed projects in their portfolio.


When you see Government rushing a program like this with extreme zeal, you know there is something very fishy.
