Why not convert the 777-300 to a 250-300 (from 400) seats plane by adding cargo space. Use it for the China route. Lots of goods come via Nairobi onwards to Central, Southern and West Africa especially to cities that Emirates, Etihad and Qatar don't serve.
KQ could be the first airline with a 777 combi. Or 3!
