My lesson from @ARMCEMENT - Stay away from debt infested stocks. Vultures are always circling around them. I hope TPS is not a core holding for you. I say RUN whole you still can.Shame on you Shame on you

Anyway, one of my AGMs is on 14th. I do not plan to go but there's a 45 cent dividend per share to be paid in July.

There is good debt and bad debt.Good debt is one that is manageable and will generate higher returns in future.
Bad debt is unmanageable (company will have difficulties repaying it) and with zero returns in future.

There's 100,000 + interest outstanding. Please use the 45 cents to cover that first.

Let me leave this here. http://www.traveltradejo...-on-1st-september-2018/
Phase 1 looks good.
Phase 2 will be completed by 3Q 2019.
TPSEA will not be a superstar growth stock but at 20/- it should post a decent return.
Did I mention, there's also a dividend?

No idea. I do not buy/sell/hold based on ABP. I also do not average up or down.

I am a fundamental/qualitative investor. I only look at the CURRENT price juxtaposed with fundamentals but also factor in "trust" in the Management/Board. I try to follow Warren Buffett's lessons.

My approach does not always work out e.g. ARM but overall it works well in the long-term.

My TPSEA dividend has already been earmarked for a weekend at a Serena property.

Unfortunately, I will be out of pocket for the flight given the only NSE-listed airline doesn't believe in paying dividends to shareholders. Well, it would help if I was a shareholder. Laughing out loudly

They said these should be done by June 2019 in a press release.

There might be another phase coming in 2-3 years.
