The preference shares were paid a meagre total dividend of Kes. 1.93M (Previous year they were also paid a total dividend of Kes. 1.93M). The value of these preference shares is also very low (Kes. 43M only)

.@KenGenKenya expanded the existing wind farm in Ngong from 5.1 MW to 25.5 MW capacities. Existing wind speeds in Ngong Hills region are highly favorable and the location is fairly close to Nairobi, the largest load centre in Kenya.

The value of these preference shares is also very low (Kes. 43M only) Exactly what we are advancing, so Kes 300m was budgeted but basically a meager Kes 1.9m was paid to all the preference share holding (including GoK - Jubilee). So they can budget for Kes 500m, but still pay nothing. People here, don't expect any dividends at end of the financial year!!!
