What is the genuine millage on the Odometer? any accicent history, or any other issue? Is it a KAN, P, or which?

The car is a KAG (Registered in the same year of manufacture - 1995) The odometer is not tampered with and it reads 130,000 KMs and has no accident history.Its white in color fitted with spacers on rear and front wheels.
