Of course KQ does not pay the tax currently but taking it out altogether puts it onto equal footing with Ethiopian COOP 70,000 ABP 15.20; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

KQ does not pay taxes, infact it is directly consuming taxes through taxpayer bailouts and loan write-offs. How will tax exemption help a company which is not paying taxes but consumming taxes?
