Delist the airline and make it 100% state owned.

Hmm

Your wishes are already answered, though partially.. They have to deal with Mike Maina, Vijay Kumar Ratilal Shah, Ismail Gulamali, Chris Kirubi, Michael Waweru, @Obiero and company first

I think the CMA regs allow a delisting if GoK has 75% of the shares and 10% do not oppose the delisting.

GoK should buy out or co-opt KQLC. Perhaps KLM. Get 75%+1. Then delist without the need to waste Taxpayer money buying out the "minority" shareholders.
As long as KQLC and KLM support GoK, the minorities can't gather 10%. Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

That is a fact, but the same goes beyond law; the people mentioned own the supply chains including catering, hotels, fuel supply and most critically goodwill.. Their exclusion will be to the peril of the airline.. Also note KQLC will not accept a price below KES 8.52 per share, which is the restricting entry price. Watch and learn

KLM are no longer interested in KQ.They have also ruled out pumping additional money.

Hehe. You can tag along with me. I can get you in, without any hustle. Meanwhile, a suspension of the share is possible within this week. We will watch late comers salivating from outside, while we take off!

One year after restructuring, the share is trading at half the restructure price. Bro Obiero, on this one, you will have to bite the bullet.
