Wapi @QW. He would be having a field day here...

Wont be that easy!

Meaning?

this market has been very unpredictable; does not use fundamentals or logic most of the times. more of sentiments of investors and the direction foreigners take!

Ala! Really?

Back in Dec 2012 the market setup was evident that a rally was coming in 2013. The trigger was the election fear. And the bullish bet was a peaceful outcome. Based on the above, insurance stocks were set for a major rally. Once election's passed peacefully the market was expected to rally again once the court ruled that there was a decisive winner. When those market events passed, the market was bound to sell some since the election peace premium created a euphoria with huge gap ups that do not act as support in a solid rally. Also euphoria usually don't build bulls since they are emotional cocktails.

How then can you say the market was not predictable?

$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

I am curious.
Have you received any dividends since the takeover/delisting?
Do you get an Annual Report?

To answer your question, if you want to sell, contact the registrar.

I do not recall if it was a 100% takeover or just a delisting.

If it was a delisting without a 100% takeover then you could possibly sell your shares to the majority shareholder but you need to find out who the registrar and company secretary are.

If it was a forced takeover eg what Rubis is doing with KK then your funds may be at UFAA.
