Sometime back we had a very interesting conversation with collegues and the topic centered mainly about food. Some foreigner mentioned that Mrenda/Mrere is a super food with nutrients that scientists believe to be anti aging. So i went fishing, and realized that Corchorus olitorius - is the scientific name for Mrenda and the leaves
