Possibility of rain as from Monday...lets see if this prediction holds. It all depends on the winds and pressure.

Meru got a soaker too. The Satellite data still shows rain in Nrb on Monday beginning late Sunday. We shall see.

More like all-weather-murram bowl smile A real pleasure to drive on. And dustbowl turns unbelievably "ngween" after the rains until you might mistake it for a tropical jungle! This was one of the biggest shockers for me about DC when I first visited many years back.

This "rain" in Nairobi is comedic. Two drops in ten minutes then stops..ivo ivo the whole evening. When are we going to get a serious heavy downpour that lasts hours and hours so that the aquifers can be properly recharged?

True, very disappointing. I have just looked into the sky at 9.30pm and all I have seen are fast moving light clouds and you can even see stars and the blue sky. I doubt if it will rain in Nairobi tonight. This must be the driest year in history.
