Yes, When you are defeated in an argument and cannot come up with even mildly credible rebuttals focus on turning the debate into an argument about "weaklings" being an insult Laughing out loudly
What else would you call someone scared about living in DC because of a nonexistent crime wave that was resolved Waaaaay back in 2014? A certified weakling of course. What else?

If you were smart enough you would realize that truth is relative. Nothing is absolute in this universe. Whatever works for you does not necessarily work for the rest of the world. Think about it. You are a classic case of "Dunning–Kruger effect".

You have summed it up nicely. I have nothing to add to the debate.

In real life you will 'hear' many investment strategies. Build your own and run with it. Decipher and get what works best for you. Of course there will be ups and downs, pitfalls and reaping if you are consistent and manage your risks well. This applies whether in DC, HB, NBO etc.

Sparkles,
No offense but you usually add nothing anyway. Even when you think you are contributing Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

In Japan they are building on 10x20 ft plots, the size of a car parking space.

Japanese even have Capsule Hotels. Why build on 1/8th when you can live in a coffin...

This means that a 40x80 ft plot can hold 16 Japanese homes.
