Guyz beforte you rip your heads off about KCB look at it this way.KCB has the possibilty of making 9B PBT or more this year. after tax that'll be 6.3B and an EPS of 2 bob. Giving a conservative P/E of 15 - that makes it 30bob/share. (Equity and HF p/e are at 20). all you have to invest in also is just time. Ladies r more patient than men, they tend to make more returns in the long-run. Half year resukts are cming up soon to give better direction. Also, keep in mind the +ve effects of the double tax treaties for the EAC on the profits of KCB and Scan and other co.s with regional operations. Think business (good or bad) always as U invest.
KCB is just staring at us. investors tend to forget that the company behind the stock is a going concern - the rights is just an event!!. be objective.(not for technical analysts,
