Why is recovering a lost password such an unnecessarily long drawn out process? It's like dealing with the Kenyan government - inefficient and frustrating. Recovering a password should take 2 mins like on the rest of the internet.

I emailed the admin twice for my lost password weeks ago and never got a reply. Luckily I eventually figured it out on my own.

Do better Wazua.
