And now I know why, I only invest in management I trust and I have never trusted in this one from day 1. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Awaiting completion and occupation of the Ruaka development. Like GCR said. The track record is the issue. Not that anyone doubts them, but results are what matter. On a separate note, I grew up near Amara Ridge area (10 min. Walking distance from Bomas of Kenya) and pretty sure less than half of the properties are occupied. Will check again this weekend and update.
