The mall has a bright future. As membley, bypass, ruiru, kahawa sukari/wendani and surrounding areas expand then this is good news for the mall. It is a place people/families can shop and hang out instead of taking phombe huko kamakis. Theres also alot of traffic heading to mt kenya region, ukambani and beyond.
I saw that they are making an exit to the mall from thika road. This is good news since access to the mall was a nightmare. The mall should urgently get an anchor tenant plus other tenants to attract shoppers. Right now its only Equity bank that is operational which is quite sad. Uchumi was to be the anchor tenant but went kaput.
The National petrol station appears somehow busy and will be much busier when the exit is done.
