Wazua;

I read the "The customer service myth is wrong and misleading" article and disagreed with it. So I wrote a comment to that effect and gay reasons.

Strangely that comment has disappeared. So I wrote another one complaining about the disappearance of the second one. And, yes, you guessed it; it too disappeared!

What's up?

Dear Members,

@mukiha, sorry for that glitch. It may have been lost as we were doing some maintenance on the servers. We have been in the process of upgrading the wazua servers, and in the process we have faced some teething problems.

We will try and retrieve the said comment and let you know if and when we succeed.
