What is the basis of negative price..eg, KQ, CMC, Unga, KCB...are the negative perceptions tangible rather than hypothetical?..lower price makes a counter less susceptible to emotional tendencies of investors..meaning share valu likely to reflect fundamentals if stock is ignored by most..
