I know its not fashionable to give accolades to organizations in Kenya but I felt we need a culture change and give credit where it's due.
For those who have flown in/outbound abit and have done so recently, you may have noted a change in attitude with the KAA officials (those who wear yellow sweaters). They are more helpful and their customer service skills have greatly improved. Kudos to whoever is responsible for that change.
