If you're looking at speculation, buy in Kenya, if you're looking at rent, go to South Africa

1M in 20 years time will buy you nothing... First time I came to Kenya... USD/Kes was 65-70...now its at 102...

I suggest you buy two good stocks with high dividend yields...

Ignore the noise... You might double your money in 10 years time...

Unless he buys junk stocks...

Anyways... There are bondholders in Imperial... Chase... ARM... Deacons... Who lost or might loose everything...

Kenyan Government might default in the near future or force its debt holders to take a steep haircut...

Look what happened in Greece https://www.thenationalh...15-bondholders-suicide/

Firms like Scom have pricing power... Even we see hyperinflation in the near future... They can ride it out...

Take Ksh 2 million ($20,000). Put it in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and the likes) Let's talk in June 2019 when it's Ksh 50 million. Then you will wish you's immersed 15 million in the venture.

Mlisema cytonn is a ponzi scheme, he needs a good investment with strong fundamentals like sportpesa.

Also, past performance is an indicator of future performance...Ignore VVS

A Nakuru based woman is arguably the most recent millionaire in Kenya celebrating her first-time Sportpesa jackpot win. The retired banker first became a millionaire after winning midweek Jackpot worth KEs. 27 million. Violet Wandaho Gathu emerged the winner after competitively placing correct predictions for 13 games. Her ceremonious win comes days after another SportPesa winner Kenya received a total of KEs. 230 million. The latter amount denoted the highest lottery award ever granted in Kenya. Gordon Ogada Paul had correctly predicted a total of 17 games in Sportpesa Mega Jackpot.

But a year later, Korir won Sh208,733,619 SportPesa mega jackpot announced by the betting firm on Sunday
