Starting campaigns so early, and covertly asking mps to endorse you every time they hit the podium shows weakness and self doubt.
Infact Rao acting very presidential of late.

Poleni sana. I feel sorry for anyone waking up to vote for any kenyan Only Mt Kenya can save Looto in 2022. His people have given up on him. Mt. Kenya will give votes to Baba in 2022. I also see this has higher possibility... Let @Angelica know that if it is about promises, 2002 promise to Baba came before the alleged 2013 promise to Loot0. So first promises will be paid first... That is why we do not hear "my brother" anymore, instead it is "tangatanga"... so the writings is on the wall. Mt Kenya has never followed advice of an outgoing leader. Uhuru will be powerless and without influence from January 2022. BBI will solve it :)

So far so good, there has been only one kikuyu president who has retired from politics, i dont know where you are getting that assumption from. Nevertheless, it is high time that mt. Kenya shows support for someone else and i expect the same with luos too. The rest of kenyans should cooperate to steal "power" from Luos and Kikuyus. A president from coast would do this country good. At least someone who can speak proper kiswahili

Personally, I think this is a fair price and Kshs 3,600 is way over inflated, that's Ksh 40 per Kg!!! Kuttuny is lying to the farmers. Government should not agree to be arm twisted to use taxpayers money to buy raw maize @ Kshs 40 per Kg, even milk doesn't fetch that. BBI will solve it :)

You are the same people who want cheap 70 bob unga but still want govt to set price at 3600 bob. If maize is priced at 3600 it means 2kg is 80 bob. Then add: Milling cost 10 bob Packaging 10 bob Warehousing, marketing 20 bob Profit for miller 30 bob Profit for retailer 20 bob Total cost 170 bob. Thus 2kg unga price at supermarket will be = 170 bob. Also note that the govt isn't a maize marketing agency. They are only supposed to hold stocks at the strategic grain reserve to cushion the country in case of drought/famine.

Because wanjiku is king/queen and wants unga at 70 bob so everyone else on the unga chain must adjust themselves.

The Kales have expectations and so do the Luos and there's his legacy (whatever that is). There's a danger of backing the wrong horse. BBI will solve it :)

Note the expensive logistics of transporting the maize from mexico to kenya. You have to cost getting the maize from silos in mexico to the mexican port, clearing and forwarding services, loading on ships in mexico, transporting for 20,000km to mombasa, offloading at mbs, clearing, storage, trucking to nairobi millers etc. Thus even if govt was given the maize free by mexican govt, transport and handling costs would have been maybe over 3000 per 90kg bag. Would a bag costing 2300 in eldoret cost the same after shipping it 20,000 km to mexico?

Sad! Now maize is at the target... Quote:When growing up, Kenya was global leader in pyrethrum, then we killed it; we then destroyed Coffee, Wool, Cashewnuts, Dairy, Flowers, Sugar & Maize ... Who is it that wants to DESTROY Kenya’s Agriculture? Without SOLID Foundation in Agriculture, our National Dreams are Fantasy.

I pity all of you saying ati mt Kenya might vote babu. So you think we the Mt Kenya youths are fools to not support our fellow youthful hustler and follow an octogenarian? Who has always sought for us being finished? Hapo hizi ndoto zenyu have come too much. Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...
