In this topic I want us to discus openly work ethics in Kenya.
Here we can talk about how employers cum investors maintain agreeable work ethics on;
- Remuneration that affect people/job seekers more
- HR policies (Hiring- qualification, nepotism, racism, and even gender
- CSR (Corporate social responsibility)- awareness to support society where investment is located and wide
-Care and involvement of people/ workers in company policies- quality jobs, quality uniforms etc

- Work environment, respect for all
- Respect for religion
- Development of workers which is a major area of retention, promotions
- Corruption and blackmail
- Enslavement(sweat shops) with no or very less pay
- Profitability and paying of all Taxes
- Who are best Foreign investors and local investors in Kenya( Compare and contrast).Where would one advise the Govt to source investors for Kenya to grow?

Who trusts the Human Resources today are doing good jobs in recruitment.
Is it really recruitment or mere picking technically whom the know through nepotism or through the official hiring formula of qualification (Academic, experience and attitude)

Who does this breed?
