"There is established an Authority to be known as the Sexual Enterprises Authority of Kenya"

Iko kazi hapa

A Bill for,

AN ACT of Parliament to provide for the regulation of commercial sexual enterprises and for connected purposes.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Kenya, as follows—---------

I wish I can get to understand what it's about.

Nowadays one can't walk in peace along some of our streets. The other day some sex workers tried to grab me and I'm neither a hunk nor a pussycat spendersmile

So if it's about protecting citizens rights in the face of extreme hunger in some quarters then it may be a welcome thing.

She didn't miss. I struck her hand.

Then she and her friends tried to come up with a fight back. But too late. All they could do was hurl the usual expletives.

But I agree about the trauma. It's difficult for one to avoid trauma upon contact with tycho.

The bill was part of coursework for legislative drafting at KSL for a student. Not a real bill.....
