True this just passing the buck. CBK is responsible for oversight and should have caught on soonest if they did and imposed a fine then.....perhaps it would have been acceptable to impose the fine.

will now be branded ABSA after the court case is over.The problem is that their growth potential is retarded.ABSA is an african group with presence in most african countries.So where is growth here? with bank stocks,its either you are in kcb,equity or both.But If you want ulcers go further to nbk,hfck.......
