What re some of wazuans top picks?

This are some of my picks so far for silly / outrageous statements that keep me entertained esp during boring games or wanting to throw a tantrum when facts are plainly misplaced as aired on KBC via the AUB/KBC partnership

1. The Mistakes by the Paraguayans may end up not being very fruitful - Bernard Otieno (BO)

2. The Cameroonians are finding it very difficult in the third half of the pitch.
This same guy keeps repeating Third half of the pitch in all his games. Baffling!!! - The guy from Ghana (Not Akunor)

3.They usually launch a very quick counter attack, but normally try to get out of it which they do successfully. - ghanian

4. ... Pepe just managing to score himself than put the ball in the net! - Bernard Otieno (BO)

(when simone pepe missed the ball and found himself inside the goal mouth)

5.Double footed attack (think he meant tackle) - the ghanian again

6. It was wrong about the one facing rossi. He was facing the ball with his back. (after de rossi scored) - (and again)

7. I admire the spirit of the paraguans.

7. B O kept insisting that no African team has ever scored against Brazil until finally CIV scored. What about Egypt who scored 3 @ the confederations cup last June where he was yes...You guessed it...Commentating!

@Ispoa,
Your last point....huh!.heard some idiot repeating the same on KBC Just before lunch....Then there is that half baked football "analyst" on KBC...can't remember the name but it's something like Kirumba.

"The defender was falling backwards" instead of "the defender was falling back"...BK.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

there was this deadbody who kep using "in sixes and sevens" to describe the defence of different teams - meaning they are in disarray....he used that about three times...the correct expression is "at sixes and sevens" - sheesh, how to make an expression so hackneyed in a matter of minutes.

And you know what, one day I could hear the commentary from a neighbour's house - commentary in Kiswahili - it was MUCH more exciting than those dead bodies who they have for the Kiss/KBC broadcasts - so I muted the TV and tuned in to Radio Jambo - excellent mix!!!! That also helped solve the problem of the "great constipated donkey breaking wind" - aka the incessant droning of the vuvuzelas. nkt!

Djinn.. i digress, A similar instrument, known as the corneta, is used in Brazil and other Latin American countries. Traditionally made and inspired from a kudu horn, the vuvuzela was used to summon distant villagers to attend community gatherings.

I think it's unacceptable to criticize a way of life engraved in a culture that has existed in decades just because in your words produces incessant droning!!

The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday's logic.

Its all due to poor research, a lack of knowlegde of the language and the game. they also tend to talk too much. The Arnold guy on KBC (analyst) is however good (my opinion)
