At the risk of sounding confused.Yes I want corrupt guys to be held to account yet am convinced he did not chew a penny.His was a case of failing to act.May he rest well.Condolences to the family. His like all deaths are unfortunate but the decision of the court then sounds right to me, people die everyday. The average life expectancy in Kenya is 62 years? Kwendeni huko. John Gakuo was a criminal. Who was found guilty by the laws of Kenya. If Judges start releasing every criminal because they are 60 years old, why not release the 28 year olds because they can be more useful giving birth. It's not good to celebrate the death of anyone. Even criminals. However, thinking that the Judge had anything to do with his death is stupid. Why don't you ask God why he took him when he did? Blame God or Satan..Not the Judge...Ara? Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

In Africa, the dead are treated as Holy Saints - including rapists and robbers caught and killed while in the act. Surely, how can someone fault the judge! Gakuo should have gone through the prison doctors like Obado or PS Omollo.

Justice can only be found in heaven, I do believe that administrators have the overall responsibility to decide on the best cause of their institutions. However in doing so they should always seek a second opinion on the technical matter at hand. I would like to know what the value of the property in question to date. Secondly, what other better user would you have put land overburdened with black cotton soils into, if not for use as cementry. In any case it would have costed the nation lesser in overall in rehabilitation to suit the land for use as such rather for building purposes. For due diligence, thus a talk I would like to have in person with the individual concerned another day. ,Behold, a sower went forth to sow;....

RIP Gakuo...condolences to the family...I might not have agreed with all he did in his lifetime but now I let the good Lord judge him... Ce n’est pas si grave...
