Is this an admission to running 3-4 handles to sell your plots?
Laughing out loudly Of course not. There is only one Mugundaman and if you go through all his threads and posts you will not find a SINGLE one on the sell side. Why would I sell pure gold for worthless paper moolah?
He is @spikes reincarnated

@ Coolbull & @Sparkly, Exactly! And the last time I checked, in a capitalist country like Kenya, selling a plot on a willing buyer willing seller basis is not a crime. This is why I find it amusing that the trio named above are offended that plots are being hawked here by others in an alleged grand "conspiracy" of faceless handles on Wazoo. As if even if it were fact, it is a crime of some sort Laughing out loudly
Ha ha ha ha. Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly @Mugundaman are you sure you are not Kamanu? I agree with you 100% Kamanu has not done a crime or done anything wrong. Willing buyer and willing seller is alright with me. I do have a problem when @Mugundaman ask the serikali to put a sewage line and a tarmac road in the middle of no where that has no economic value on the tax payers tab. Focus on building roads in areas that need the road to Wajir or Mandera and not in the middle of Nairobi National park conservancy area. Nonetheless I am happy for you and Kamanu and I hope your buyers remain ignorant and stupid so that you ca grow rich! Nitakuombea Pray Pray Pray Pray
@MugundaMan's enthusiasm reminds me of Optiven.
I thought they are the same person!
nothing so far has disapproved that thought. in fact their reaction to your comment on it points to that being the case.

I hear you bro. In my experience in this business in our beautiful country, patience is golden. I have bought land in some scary places, got title and forgotten about it. A year later I revisit the place and I'm having trouble finding the plot because so many new developments have come up around it that the place looks completely different! Hitches and glitches are always there in service provision (eg delays in getting title or borehole delivery as you mention) but if you are with a good company like Optiven and others, they always deliver in the long run.
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

@ Alma I totally agree with you.respect well deserved to the wazuans with a wealth of experience ie the likes of yourself,Tony_Stark(dating back 2008 in Wazua),Sparkly,Obiero Angelica and all the elders..in terms of Wazua rank.I extend to you all the best Mugoka harvest of this season from my home county (this is a symbol of respect)...just a little and not too much;substance abuse is unfortunately messing up our youth. @ Wukan don't worry you're still my favourite smile PS:at what point does my rank change from new farer to something more grand? ?smile
