JM did squeeze a better deal (for all banks) when he refused to accept the initial debt conversion proposal. Greedy when others are fearful. If HAFR does really have the land they claim to have then Yang could make a play for HAFR. Of course, it might be easier to buy a clean title than deal with lawsuits, disgruntled employees and funny JVs at HAFR. Greedy when others are fearful.
