All of a sudden, I find that there is nothing to watch in the evening! And it has nothing to do with the World Cup - that is on two channels only
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Tv sucks!!! and we all thought with the advent of many stations we would get variety!!!
think of those mexican soaps, eeew! and each station has several, all airing at the same time!
on madaraka day tv stations were showing the proceedings at uhuru park. That is sooo KBC!

@Centaboroti,

Get onesmile ...seriously though,DSTV is expensive and you pay for so many stations of no interest to you.How i wish they could charge per channel and give viewers a choice to pick their packages.

I gave up on TV a while back. TV is for sports, news, and documentaries. The mexican soaps make me sick.

yeah, DSTV should give us pay per view... Coz even when you get it for sports, you wont watch all the games! Probably you will use only 10 - 20 hours of it per month.

Interesting; NSE investors have lost interest on TV. What do station managers think?

I find that most of the programmes that I'd like to watch come too late in the night My bed time is 11pm so I don't want to start watching at 10:45pm. For that reason I never get to see NatGeo on KTN

Also, does anyone really watch those silly morning programmes. I'd rather have AC360 on CNN running in the background while I'm taking my breakfast.

I actually thought it was me with a problem..... We do not watch tv during the day... there is nothing to watch anyway plus i am happier not having the wendzlet turning to a couch potato. In the evenings, you flip through all the channels looking for something interesting and its hard to find. Soaps are banned in our house so the only channel that seems to have something worth watching (and sometimes due to lack of alternatives) is K24.

@Simonkabz, we seem to be sailing on the same boat, only that I went South.

I am hooked on Jacob's Cross and the Lab.

They have a brilliant script, first class acting, and lovely camera work, for a bunch of "Africans".

Oh i can feel you my brothers and sisters but worry any more. I here the digital migration will bring alot of content right into our living rooms. I know of two pay tv channels gearing up to bring a bandle of affordable pay channels to kenyans using the digital platform so be patient! We will soon be spoilt for choice!

Mukiha..AC360!!! fabtastic best habit anyone can acquire been watching him for like 4 years now.

Kenyan TV ... has always been a disgrace, why would they slot NATGEO at 11pm? as someone has said..jeez!! Could the soaps and Oga shows be that popular hence ignoring this call??
