Laughing out loudly Hiyo ni kawaida. You would do the same if you were blessed to invest in a kaploti there years and years ago. Everybody wants to reap maximum benefit from their investment. I have said this before, I truly regret big time that I underestimated the transformative impact of Thika SUperHwy before it was built. Had I known, I would have bought acres and acres that were going for a song near the old Thika road before the hwy was built. After it was opened I would have retired a billionaire. This is why I am telling people they do not understand what transformative effect SGR corridor will have. Those buying now, especially near or around where the passenger stations are, will mint in a monster way.

In another 3 years, Waiyaki way to Rironi will be like another Thika Road. Go buy land huko Rironi and wait. Go interior like maybe 1-2kms from Waiyaki Way and get a bargain.

Thank me in 2021.

Seems prices are already starting to get crazy in the area, especially closer to the tarmac. This one 700m from tarmac 1/8th going for 3 metre. I can get three plots in dustbowl similar distance to tarmac for the same amount. But the area looks really nice with good quality homes coming up.
