KES 0.75 per share, ladden with debt, unprofitable, rudder less.. Investment at the NSE is not easy

This firm should just be put under administration.
And any firm with share price below ksh.1

What are you smoking?

Cheap weed kutoka Migori.

By the way who keeps on selling at such ridiculous low loss prices?

A better question is who keeps on buying such crap

It revisited the 52 week low of 0.70 for the third time in 10 days yesterday. Monitoring whether 0.70 will break or be defended.

Trade without emotions.

Where HY 2018? I can skip a few beers and load up on this one.

Don't waste beer

Why are you bothered with other people's monkeys? Isn't your gorilla keeping you occupied enough Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

Did some quick check on HAFR:
- Company is partnering with individual property owners to manage/rent out/ sell their property (Moran Ridge somewhere on Nairobi- Namanga Road near Isinya, Entim Breeze pale Ngong, residential houses in Ongata Rongai etc.)
- Gave out titles for Kerobi plains recently;
- Migaa open space is also being used for weddings;
- Ubora Hospital construction has broken ground;
- The new board looks keen in pushing the company forward.

In the tough real estate market, management looks to be taking advantage of all revenue sources.

Waiting for HY 2018 results though. Numbers don't lie.

The challenge with these partnerships has traditionally been that HAFR partners with individuals/institutions that are in bed with its founders/owners/ mgt at terms and joint ownership percentages which are skewed against HAFR. So at the end of the year, the company reports losses upon consolidation while the other joint owners included in minority interests report profits.
Hope that's not the case this time round.

All the very best in your investment journey. The bus you have chosen to board has faulty brakes, bald tires, jammed up steering wheel and a leaking head gasket but you never know, even brand new cars do seize up
