He IS the problem!

Must be the reason MDVD addressed the press yesterday at some point he will have to answer this question

MDVD is supposed to be the head of RAO campaign team and shuld be in the field campaigning but is busy in Nbi following up on ballot tendering while the dyanmic duo is combing villages in the Rift for votes!

This reminds me of pre 2013 general "erections"where those cord fellows were busy entertaining their supporters with vitendawili, kalonzo na mpira, wathi wa mkamba aka fundamentos while the jubilee guys were busy preaching and ensuring that the voters register in large numbers and consequently make sure that they all come out to vote. The result, ati wameibiwo...nkt!!
This time round, press statement after press statement...busy with press statements while their competitors are whipping some grass in the villages not towns) hunting for votes. On 9th August wata Naswa and they will as usual start saying ati kimeibiwo...bure kabisa fellows!!

The spin off by Duale that RAO and crew wants the tender awarded to South Africa Paal Media who had promised him 1 billion in campaign money was a shrewd on.
Jubilee must have very good spin doctors in there.

Duale said he even has the dates of the meetings and VISAs to SA.Babu thought he had monopoly of classified info and pressers to unleash the same.

Chebukati, Chiloba and the entire IEBC feeling the Raila heat
Nation"Chebukati" wrote:
The commission reckons that we may not all agree on decisions that are key for the success of the coming election.
However, the commission is bound by the provisions of Article 249 of the Constitution which obligates it to protect the sovereignty of the people of Kenya.
In doing so, the commission is only subject to the Constitution and the law and is not subject to direction or control by any person or authority,” Mr Chebukati had said.

Nation wrote:
The IEBC top brass have been holding long crisis meetings to find the best way out of the situation even as they maintain they will not be subject to direction or control by any person or authority.
The meetings started as soon as Mr Odinga finished delivering his remarks at the conference when top IEBC brass led by Mr Chebukati and Mr Chiloba left for what some commission insiders said was a meeting to discuss the allegations.

Nation "Chiloba" wrote:
Responding to the accusations that he had attended a meeting at State House Nairobi where President Uhuru Kenyatta and Al Ghurair’s CEO Aziz Al Ghurair was present, Mr Chiloba denied any knowledge of the meeting.
“Allegations of the visit to State House are baseless, malicious and defamatory,” Mr Chiloba told the Nation.

He further termed as “unfortunate” the perception the ballot paper printing tender row had created.
“At no point has the commission ignored anyone. That is why we reach out to all the players to discuss issues openly. Lots of issues are as a result of lack of understanding and sometimes because of other actors’ political expediency.
Our role is to be faithful to the Constitution even as we seek to instil clarity and confidence in the electoral process,” he said.
Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

He's going nowhere unless they pay him veeerrryyyy good money. Even those who resigned were foolish to do that.

Two IEBC commissioners, who purportedly resigned, returned to the Anniversary Towers on Friday, raising questions on their mission.

Vice Chairperson Connie Nkatha and commissioner Margaret Mwachanya were at the Nairobi office to see chairman Wafula Chebukati.

On August 10, the High court declared the resignation of the IEBC commissioners null and void.

Justice Wilfrida Okwany said the commissioners failed to follow due process.

Justice Okwany said the commissioners tendered their resignation through a press statement instead of writing to the appointing authority.
