So Kenyan budget is 3.1 Trillion. someone educate me what is a Trillion,...is it a thousand millions, a thousand billions, or a Million Millions ?....ama tuseme hii ndiyo Maths lecturers used to call infinity?.

Budget is KES 3,070,000,000,000

More sad is that a huge chunk of it will be supported by loans and eurobonds

A budget is just wishful thinking. It doesn't mean you have the money to spend, neither is it cast in stone.

It can be 10 trillion, and end up spending 2 trillion.
