I have a piece of land and would like to build some apartments in Thika in phases.
Who assists in planning on how to use this piece of land? Like the layout, the entrance, exits, sewage, location of water tank, garbage collection area, play ground (green spaces) e.t.c


1. What kind of profession does this?
2. What does the finished product (layout design) usually look like.
3. Is this called a master plan? Does anyone have link to some sample finished "master plan" products online.
